One Step Closer to Alphaseismic

Counting the days to ALPHASEISMIC which will be hosted by the JUNIOR HIGH and high school Internat Alkausar Insan Alkausar Scholar. ALPHASEISMIC is a portmanteau word of Alkausar Present Hall of Art, Sport, English, Science, and Islamic Competion, the event was held at the campus environment alkausar started on 5-12 May 2012.

Preparation

The committee structure has been made since the end of 2011 . The committee consists of 135 people from junior high school and senior high school who has worked since early 2012 until now . And to focus on right now committee on spreading lnvitation and  search sponsor of the event .

Problems

During Committee work, there is some problems often encountered with the organizers of the individual issues to problems encountered problems, for example, Division by Division of DDM, due to inadequate means of making the proposal a bit hampered eventually and was completed after the scheduled target before. PUBLIC RELATIONS Division also often get a constraint such as licensing, and the more it gets worse again we get new funds around Rp 8.000.000,-. We had a chance to interview  Head of Public Relations ALPHASEISMIC Iqbal Yuliansyah on the subject of funding, he spoke “I confused and freaking out because I have a responsibility to this”. This problem is indeed serious problems including if an event is not supported by the event, can fund then threatened to fail.

Plan b

Due to the lack of funds while ALPHASEISMIC will begin in a few more days hence the committee picklock plan are both change the clossing party ALPHASEISMIC who originally planned to arranging public party who will develop national and artists need money more than rp.40.000.000 , -- being garden party based on private party that cost no more than the cost needed if the organizing committee of public party . Security is not out of this plan police personnel changes which was originally secures the public party totaled one compi changed to only five personnel because dirubahnya public party into the garden party based on private party.
